Blagojevich is starting to look not guilty
Here is an interesting defense for Blagojevich, all he has to say is "would the Senate have seated the man I appointed to Barack Obama's Senate seat if they suspected I tried to sell it or trade it for political favors?" If I were the defense, I would call every Senator who voted to seat Roland Burris to the stand, and ask them if they felt that Rod had received anything of value for the appointment. They would surely answer no. It is a defense made in Washington!
