Inauguration Day Weather Update, 5 days out
With Inauguration Day at the tail end of the 5 day forecast, it is looking like it will be a lot colder than originally expected, thirty-one degrees now. That is OK, I'll be ready for it. They still aren't calling for any precipitation, so that is good. One of the scenarios we were keeping in mind was the requirement for opening shelters in the surrounding areas in the event of a snow storm. The thought being that if snow moved in on the day, that many folks would not be able to leave the area and have no place to go. That doesn't look as likely now.
